Our client is looking for a talented Brand Manager to sustainably grow the brands in the markets through brand building, developing and executing brand plans in line with the company’s strategic plan.
This role will see you manage work across several brands, working to build the brand in multiple markets globally. You will work closely with the in-market teams to ensure brand integrity, including across all company marketing initiatives and communications.
You embrace brand-first marketing with the consumer and customer at the heart, working across the business to create a customer connected experience.
This role is split across three main parts; Developing and execute brand plans, Leading as a brand-first marketer and Project Management.
**Key accountabilities and tasks include**:

- Utilise insights gained from markets, trends and competitors to identify opportunities that will promote brand growth and feed into brand plans
- Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and present final Marketing Plans to the business annually
- Develop and execute integrated communications across all channels globally, including online advertising, social media and PR, working closely with Digital Marketing and PR specialists
- Deep understanding of the brands and consumers, using the brand identity and strategy to guide decisions
- Inspire the business, providing leadership and brand advocacy
- Manage new product development across the brands
- Work with the sustainability team on key projects

Our client is looking for a solutions-focused individual who put the consumer at the heart of everything, whilst upholding brand integrity across all mediums.
