Access clients are the elderly, people with disability and those recuperating from illness or injury in the home. Our district nurses are caring people with a commitment to providing the best possible support to our clients, and giving them the care and support, they need to live independently in their homes and communities.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide effective and accurate reporting to the nursing team leader
- Allocate referrals to the district nursing team within a timely manner whilst accurately rostering nurse's visits to clients
- Build and maintain rapport with internal and external stake holders
- Ensure contractual packages are administered accurately and efficiently across the clinical teams and referral centre
- Deliver exceptional customer service within a highly flexible service response environment
- Working closely with nurses to update rosters and finalise referrals
- Maintain a working knowledge of service capability within geographic areas to ensure accuracy with referrals and service response.
- Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand
- Excellent time management and coordination skills
- Understanding of clinical environments
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Clear concise communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to support and work harmoniously within a team
- Proven ability to build and maintain rapport
- Genuine passion to deliver high quality customer service
- Ability to plan and prioritise when working under pressure
