**Job Description**:
Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort are looking for a number of part time Housekeeping/In Room Cleaners to join their friendly and successful team.

Hourly Rate: $23.10 - $27.00 (based on experience)
Oaks Shores Location: 327-343 Frankton Road, Queenstown, STH 9300, New Zealand

The Housekeeping department plays a vital role in guest satisfaction, ensuring that productivity is achieved on a daily basis and rooms are cleaned to meet the high standards of Minor Hotels.

**Daily tasks and duties of the role**:

- Cleaning and servicing guest rooms including making beds, washing floors, dusting and vacuuming to a superior standard
- Replenishing all amenities
- Assist with any housekeeping enquiries and requests

**Qualifications**:
**Required skills and experience**:

- Previous Housekeeping or professional cleaning experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines
- A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experience
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to personalise a service
- Ability to a 7 day rotational roster, including weekends and public holiday

Minor Hotels will support you obtain a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Hospitality whilst you work with us.
