**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Marketing Executive **to join our **Marketing & Communications **team** **in our world-class, waterfront **Auckland CBD** office.

We are looking for a motivated and focused professional to execute omnichannel marketing campaigns for brokerage service lines, with a particular focus on projects.

**The value you'll add**
- Create and execute omnichannel marketing plans for client, brokers, and Colliers campaigns, across all agency asset classes
- Create and implement self-directed marketing plans to drive vendor contributions for property marketing campaigns
- Collaborate closely with our Data & Digital Marketing team to create digitally driven campaign solutions
- Collaborate with external suppliers and agencies to deliver marketing collateral
- Support the marketing team with other campaigns as required in our Digital and Events streams
- Form strong relationships with our internal clients and use their feedback to influence our marketing solutions

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years’ marketing or communications experience
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or 5 years’ commensurate experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to demonstrate proficiency in marketing automation and digital marketing platforms would be an advantage
