Florist Assistant

With the **new store** coming up soon. We have an exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time Florist Assistant to join the creative Havelock North New World Florist team. Havelock North New World provides our customers with a fabulous range of unique bouquets (pre-made and made to order), sleeved flowers and a range of interesting and popular house plants.

Located at the entrance to the store, our floral creations catch the eye of customers as they enter, providing a great opportunity to show case your skills and talent with fantastic and creative visual displays.

**Days and hours** **are**:
Tues-Sat

8am-5pm

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Creating appealing pre-made and made to order bouquets fresh cut flower arrangement and/or gift boxes.
- Responding to customer queries.
- Daily maintenance of all fresh cut flowers and bouquets.
- Assist with building eye-catching visual displays.
- Ordering of stock.
- Correctly price stock.
- All things floristries.
