- **Taitara Mahi - Reporting Analyst**
**_Fixed-term Full-Time (until 30 June 2027)_**
- Hastings District Council is delivering a major capital works programme over the next decade—driven by growth, resilience, and recovery following Cyclone Gabrielle.
- As a Reporting Analyst within the Programme Delivery Office, you will play a critical role in ensuring programme progress, data integrity and transparency, increasing team performance, and efficient delivery of infrastructure projects across the Hastings district.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in data analytics, business intelligence, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in reporting or data analytics—ideally within a construction or infrastructure environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and data modelling
- Strong understanding of project and programme management principles
- Confidence working with senior leaders and project teams to drive programme delivery performance and improvement initiatives.
- Experience using programme management systems and tools to track and report at the programme/portfolio level.
