**Team Manager**
- **Permanent, full-time position **(40hours per week)
- **Primarily Monday - Friday, however the service operates 24 hours, 7days a week on a rotating roster**.
- **Pay Scale: $74,635 to $80,782 per annum **(depending on experience and qualification)

**The Service**:
In our Hamilton residential services, we use a talented and effective multi-disciplinary team that delivers residential, clinical and support programmes for high and complex needs, for individuals from adult mental health and forensic mental health services.

By utilising different skills, knowledge, and experiences (personal and professional) we offer our whai ora support to build daily routines, offering on-going tools and encouragement to develop, grow and flourish.

Hamilton is our largest residential facility with 3 services:

- Hohou Rongo
- Waatea
- Piki te Ora

**Role**:
Team Manager’s role is to provide excellent leadership and management to the staff within their service. This is to ensure the delivery of quality recovery and person-centred focussed services to our guests/whai ora, as well as support the sustainability, growth and development of the service and Ember.

As the Team Manager, you are to provide the environment to generate a high performing, capable, productive, and engaging team to deliver outstanding services. They are to manage the service so optimal levels of staff are available for rosters, are qualified, trained, motivated, coached and developed to perform will in their roles.

**You will**:

- Hold a current registered in either of the following fields:

- Occupational Therapy
- DAPAANZ
- Counselling
- Social Work
- Nursing
- Have experience in management and leadership before
- Full NZ Drivers Licence
- Valid/Current work visa, residency, or citizenship
- Be fully Covid vaccinated with 1st & 2nd and a booster vaccination in compliance with the mandate for the health sector.
- Be able to encourage and role model positive behaviours, participation, and communication in all activities and in line with our values.
- Have some understanding of financial management to support Ember’s procedures.
