We are a personal development and training business delivering programs in New Zealand and online globally. We have an opportunity for a smart and ambitious student or graduate to shadow and work as an Intern alongside our Marketing Director.

Duties will include taking notes, acting as a sounding board, following up actions after meetings and making appointments, contributing to and collaborating on creative marketing processes.

You will be able to demonstrate:

- Curiosity and the ability to ask great questions
- Critical thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- A hunger for real-world experience at the 'coal-face' of a marketing-driven, entrepreneurial small business
- The ability to adapt quickly to a range of tasks

It's likely that you will be a student or graduate of a commerce-related degree (business, marketing, communications, entrepreneurship etc), who wants to gain relevant working experience.

This is a paid position, but one of the biggest benefits is the opportunity to learn the kind of practical marketing knowledge, skills and insights from an expert in the field, plus experience close-up the joys and challenges of running an entrepreneurial small business, that you simply can't learn at University

This position is for approximately 8 hours per week. There is some flexibility for these hours to be worked around other commitments, however there is an expectation for some in-person attendance at our office premises in Mairehau or Avonhead each weekday (with the exception of Thursday).
