You will be responsible for managing all temporary traffic management aspects of a roadworks site, ensuring protection for all road workers and road users, traffic is directed correctly and is compliant with all necessary standards for traffic-related safety at all times.

**T**he Job**

You will be responsible for managing all temporary traffic management aspects of a roadworks site around Invercargill and the Southland region, ensuring protection for all road workers and road users, traffic is directed correctly and is compliant with all necessary. This is fast paced work environment where every day is different.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Setting up and removing site traffic management
- Completing all required documentation prior to and post project
- Directing incoming deliveries to site while ensuring the safety of workers and the public
- Overseeing the establishment, maintenance and removal of TTM measures

**About you**

We are seeking someone who has previous STMS experience. Ideally you will hold a minimum of a current Level 1 STMS qualification or have held a previous STMS qualification. In this diverse, hands on role you will need to be able to adapt to the fast-paced work environment and be able to make decisions under pressure. You will also have the following;
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong written and oral skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Be physically fit and able
- Full clean drivers licence, preferably a Class 2 also
- A safety first attitude, for yourself, your team & the public
- Reliable, honest flexible
