Are you a mechanic or someone with strong mechanical knowledge? We are looking for a Workshop Receptionist to join our busy team If you have experience working in the automotive industry and possess a passion for customer service, this could be the perfect role for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage workshop bookings and appointments
- Assist customers with service inquiries and work orders
- Coordinate between technicians and customers
- Maintain accurate records of services and repairs
- Provide top-notch customer service both over the phone and in person

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a mechanical or automotive-related role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- WOF (Warrant of Fitness) certification is a **plus** but not essential
