Position Description

If you have experience analysing data and using it to inform effective strategies that can be implemented into practical solutions to assist with the delivery of quality inner city services then this might be the role for you.

As Community support officer - Inner City, you will be responsible for providing support to the Inner City Wellbeing Manager and the Team Leader -Community Compliance to provide a customer responsive approach to delivering high quality Inner City services, Safe City Guardian and CCTV monitoring services.
- A proven ability in providing high quality business support in an operational context and will preferably have previous experience in a compliance role (either administration or fieldwork).
- Experience collecting, analysing and interpreting data to inform strategies and be able to clearly report on their effectiveness.
- Excellent administration, interpersonal, organisational and time management skills with the ability to adapt and deal effectively with changing priorities and requirements.
- Strong written and oral communication, relationship building and conflict resolution skills with the ability to work unsupervised
- Understanding of contract management, possess relevant process development experience and relevant field experience.

We are looking for someone who can:

- Demonstrate a strong customer, key account and solutions focus with proactive engagement and a high level of accountability.
- Operate effectively in a team and possess a high level of intuition and EQ, be self-motivated with a sound knowledge of health and safety management.
