**About You**

We are seeking a Programme Head to lead our School of Art and Design into the future.

You will have expertise in design and/or fine arts with a passion for creating learning experiences that bring out the creativity in our students. You will thrive in an environment of constant evolution, see technology as a tool to enhance human creativity, and are committed to preparing students for careers and/or entrepreneurship.

You will be an inspiring leader, capable in industry engagement and programme development, with an interest in how emerging technologies can be integrated into creative education alongside traditional and emerging art and/or design practices. Your approach will be collaborative, working effectively with diverse stakeholders across academic and industry groups.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Postgraduate degree (Master's or PhD) and demonstrated experience in teaching/leading Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media, Creative Technology, or related creative discipline
- Prior programme/curriculum development and co-ordination experience
- Comprehensive understanding of higher education quality frameworks and processes
- Experience with work-integrated learning models and industry partnership development
