**The role will involve**:

- Supporting consultants with CV formatting and updating the CRM system
- Posting job advertisements on SEEK, TradeMe and our own website
- Collating timesheets, using Excel and preparing invoices (MYOB)
- Full accounts receivable and credit control
- Processing weekly payrolls and sending payslips (ACE Payroll)
- Accounts payable (a small part of the role)
- Bank reconciliations

15 hours of work a week. You must work on Mondays. Other days you work are very flexible and can be discussed.

Rest assured it’s not all work though we have plenty of fun, an active health & wellness approach and a social club that will be keen to get you involved.
