**About the Role**

This role will form part of the HR Team and you will take direction from the Payroll Manager.

This role will see you join the team who are responsible for running fortnightly and monthly payroll.

This role provides you the opportunity to work in a values-driven business who has strong employee tenure. You will be supported and guided to ensure you are a long-term and successful member of the business.

**A Typical Week Will Involve**
- Being part of a team who processes 550+ end-to-end weekly wages (waged and salaried staff)
- Calculating leave accruals, terminations, redundancies, and all employee allowances
- Liaise with and guide site administrators keying their site’s timesheets to ensure they comply with employment agreements and legislation
- Set-up and maintenance of employee records
- Answer team members questions relating to payroll
- Administration duties / reporting
- Ad Hoc Tasks as Required

**What You Need to Succeed in This Role**
- Previous payroll experience is a must
- A proven record of completing payroll accurately and on time
- Payroll systems experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail, time management skills and a high standard work
- Self-motivation and ability to work effectively on your own or with a team
- Experience with multiple employment agreements and shift workers
- A friendly and collaborative working style is essential
