**The role**
Our Service Desk team provides exceptional technical expertise and is a very valuable part of our business. In this role, you’ll be building and maintaining relationships with our internal stakeholders ranging from field staff to engineers and executives and providing them remote and on-site IT support. You will also:
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide them with solutions
- Set up desktop/laptop hardware and software for new and existing staff
- Manage users, mailboxes and groups in Active Directories
- Upgrade, configure and install user devices
- Be part of the after-hours on call roster

As a Senior IT Support Analyst, you’ll be reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader and will be responsible for all aspects of service desk support from start to finish. You will also be required to occasionally travel to other depots when required.**What’s in it for you**

**About you**
A highly responsive, customer focused attitude is the winning attribute along with an eagerness to identify solutions. You must be articulate and possess the skill to communicate effectively with staff at all levels within the business. To be successful in this role, you’ll also have:
- At least 3 plus years of proven senior experience in a service desk environment
- Understanding of Microsoft Office and related technology
- Flexibility to be on the after-hours on-call roster
- Excellent ability with desktop and laptop deployment and support along with knowledge of mobile technology
- Basic networking experience with understanding of firewall and security functions
- Working understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
- Technical knowledge of hardware with ability to fault-find and trouble shoot
