**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
Cornwall House Community Mental Health Centre provides a range of assessment and recovery focused treatment options for adults experiencing serious mental illness and severe psychological disorders. The Care and Recovery Team provides high quality multi-disciplinary interventions.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated clinician to share the clinical leadership of our Care and Recovery Team. Responsibilities include oversight and management of clinical systems and processes, ensuring appropriate review of service user care, suitable workload allocation to the MDT and clinical support and guidance to clinicians. Supporting our service to meet key performance objectives is an important part of the role.
Reporting to the Clinical Team Leader there will be opportunities to take part in recruitment and retention activities and involvement in service development projects. You will work closely with the other Clinical Coordinators, Lead Clinician and Practice Supervisors in the service.
You will need to be clinically experienced with proven leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively at a senior clinical level with service users, colleagues, mental health service providers, government agencies and the community sector. There will be an opportunity to develop your leadership skills through the ADHB Leadership Development Programme.

A full and clean NZ driver licence is essential in this community based role.
