**What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Rūnanga**:

- A Full Class 1 Driver’s Licence.
- A Level 4 Horticulture Certificate and/or hands-on experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Physical fitness and the ability to work on your feet.
- A proactive and positive attitude, ready to contribute to the community.
- A willingness to learn and be part of a strong Health & Safety culture.
- The ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
