Are you a highly motivated, hands-on leader with the energy to drive real change? We’re looking for an **energised Head of Motel Operations** to oversee the full day-to-day running of **9 motel sites** across New Zealand.

This is not your average desk job — it’s a **high-impact, full-spectrum role** where your passion, drive, and execution will shape the future of our business.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

- Full operational oversight of 9 motels across NZ
- Leading and supporting on-site teams to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences
- Driving occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction metrics
- Monitoring and improving site performance, staffing, and maintenance
- Building systems and processes to scale and improve operations
- Hands-on problem solving, staff development, and standards enforcement
- Regular travel across properties - company-paid travel and accommodation provided for Auckland stays, if required

What We’re Looking For:

- **Highly energised and self-driven** individual ready to take full ownership of operations
- **Strong leadership**, people management, and communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure and solve problems independently
- Comfortable with hands-on involvement in all aspects of motel operations
- **Motivation and willingness to learn** will be prioritised over degrees or titles
- Previous hospitality or multi-site management experience is a bonus, but not essential if you bring the right mindset
