- **Provide technical support** to our trade and retail customers by using their in-depth **automotive parts/mechanical knowledge**:

- Build effective and long-lasting customer relationships
- Are superstar sellers and problem solvers, and use up-to-date product information and knowledge
- Are committed to providing a **genuine service**, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for their customers
- Are **safety aware** and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment for themselves and their teammates

The successful applicant will: *
- Have an in-depth **knowledge about all the aspects of a vehicle**:

- Be a **passionate customer service** expert with some sales experience
- Be comfortable sharing knowledge and be able to communicate in a technical and non-technical manner
- Be a **natural problem solver** who is solutions focussed with sound computer skills
- Be a proactive and driven team player, who can also work independently
- Be available to work* Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (42 Hours)
