**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
The purpose of the role is to provide coordination and administrative support to the People Delivery Support team (DST) of managers (Director HR, People Partnering Leads and OC&D Lead) to ensure efficient and effective delivery of HR and OD related services to Hospital and Specialist Services within the district.
**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Experience providing support and administrative services in complex business environments with multiple stakeholders across multiple activities - minimum of 3 years.
- Experience working in a business function dealing with confidential, private, and sensitive information.
- Experience working in a high-pressure environment responding to multiple demands, deadlines.
- Experience in dealing with highly confidential matters including occasional emotive and distressing information.
- Experience in dealing with data and large datasets and the collation of reporting metrics.
- Demonstrates willingness, and ability, to build constructive/effective relationships with other teams and partners to enable and assist with the delivery of pieces of work.
