**The Role**

We are looking to hire a part-time senior bartender with manager potential, particularly if you bring relevant experience to the table. This is an evening role, and you must be available to work Saturday evenings.

**Your main responsibilities include**:

- Greeting (and charming) customers.
- Making, serving and selling cocktails, coffees, shots, bottled, mixed drinks and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Setting up the bar for busy periods and completing the opening / closing systems including cleaning and maintaining bar service areas.
- Promoting products and upselling.
- Washing glassware, arranging bottles and glasses as well as tapping kegs and attaching supply lines.
- Handling customer payments.
- Assisting the sales manager as required.

**The Business**

Freeman & Grey is Ponsonby’s go-to casual hangout. We’re famous for our **hand-stretched pizzas** (think Wagyu bolognese, pistachio chicken, and the classic Margherita) and an epic menu designed for sharing - fried chicken, calamari, burgers, platters, and indulgent desserts.

By day, we’re buzzing with pizzas and casual catch-ups. By night, especially **Friday and Saturday from 11pm**, we transform into Ponsonby’s ultimate party spot: DJs upstairs and downstairs, two bars in full swing, and a line out the door.

It’s fun, it’s fast, and it’s always pumping.
