**The Role**

This is your chance to unlock the drinks master within This position requires you to pour and whip up drinks for our clientele, maintaining the highest of standards creating memorable and charming experiences.

This role would be ideal for a student who is looking for Friday and/or Saturday evening shifts, with the opportunity for weekday nights too. We can work around your schedule

**Your bar responsibilities include**:

- Greeting (and charming) customers.
- Making, serving and selling cocktails, coffees, shots, bottled, mixed drinks and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Setting up the bar for busy periods and completing the opening / closing systems including cleaning and maintaining bar service areas.
- Promoting products and upselling.
- Washing glassware, arranging bottles and glasses as well as tapping kegs and attaching supply lines.
- Making sure you are aware of of how much customers have had to drink and preventing them from becoming intoxicated.

Come 11pm on Friyay and Saturday all bets are off and we kick into another gear with DJs up and down, 2 bars, line out the door, its party time and it pumps
