**Support Worker - Hutt Valley, Wellington region**

**Tuesday to Friday = 37.5 hours per week**

We’re looking for a positive, caring and a reliable support worker who has a passion for providing cares and support, guidance and encouragement for our client.

Our client has cares 24/7, so you’ll be one of his close-knit team members. Must have experience with physical disabilities along with some form of Health and Wellbeing qualifications.

**Role consist of but not limited to**: Home help, meal preparation, taking client on outings and to appointments, going on walks with client and his dog (once his health improves). Must be available to help with wake-overs when short staffed.

**Must have**: Must have **full** drivers licence, own reliable car, and be a NZ citizen/permanent resident and live within the Hutt Valley, Wellington region.
