The role of the Sales Executive is to support the Cluster Director of Sales to promote the reputation and success of our properties: Rosewood Kauri Cliffs, Rosewood Cape Kidnappers and Rosewood Matakauri.
You’ll be a savvy sales professional who is skilled at establishing and maintaining relationships, who has a beady eye for detail and exudes a sense of pride as you promote our incredible products.
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Managing client inquiries
- Production and submission of proposals and contracts to clients
- Responding personally and directly to the appropriate account manager or other department(s) as required
- Working with Revenue, Events and Reservations to convert business.
- Champions the Sales Force, leading best practice within the CRM program
- Supports Management to build CVENT profiles
- Produces monthly CVENT lead reports, prospecting repeat group business
- Sends and follows-up on MICE proposals and contracts
- Ensure accurate data capture of accounts
- Assist to manage the administration of familiarization trips
- Active participation and submission of reports at sales meetings
- Administrative duties including expense reports, database management, travel arrangements
- Being “Brand Ambassador” at all times and ensures brand integrity and clarity are always maintained.
- Models the company’s culture, vision, mission and core values through all communications.
**What you will bring**:
- Previous Sales experience in the Hospitality Industry
- Excellent computer skills, including MS PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Excel and Word
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written English
- Ability to work as part of a team, in a collaborative environment
- The willingness to travel to our properties when required
