ABOUT THE COMPANY

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Professional Education Manager to join our team in Auckland, NZ. You will be an innovative, high EQ professional - someone who can shape, lead and deliver.

You will be responsible for the creation and delivery of a comprehensive Professional Education plan for various stakeholder groups, including surgeons, nurses, surgical societies as well as cross-function internal teams. The plan will be closely aligned with strategy to ensure relevance and impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build relationships with medical professionals and healthcare partners to identify education gaps and develop medical education strategies
- Execute the integrated Professional Education plan across the New Zealand strategic focus areas, delivering differentiated training programs and highlighting opportunities for synergies across the offerings
- Work with Surgical Societies and Clinical Leaders to attain their endorsement for the Professional Education offerings, ensuring alignment with the New Zealand Professional Education framework.
- Collaborate with peers and partners in New Zealand, Australia and the Region to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Manage capacity requirements for surgeon development across New Zealand, working with Australia and coordinating efforts to avoid duplication of offerings
- Ensure compliance and regulations related to external events. Applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions

**Qualifications**:
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in medical device Professional Education, sales or marketing
- Strong business and finance acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into implementation and flawless execution within fixed budgets
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and manage strong business relations with key internal and external partners
- Solid understanding of the clinical environment our customers operate in, with the ability to utilise those insights to provide valuable educational programs
- Demonstrated project management skills, enabling you to take a project from inception to execution
- Tertiary qualifications in Education, health science or a related field will be highly regarded
