**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Operations Controller and Branch Manager, you’ll be working with the document storage warehouse team helping to process and prepare retrieval orders quickly and accurately in order to meet the daily run schedule of the drivers.

The key accountabilities of the role will include but are not limited to the following:

- Ensure all data entered into the Safe Records database is accurate. This includes information required for both efficient collection and delivery services of records and the information required to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Process inwards & outbound orders within contractual service standards.
- Maintaining professional conduct at all times.
- Hold Safety as a core value and contribute to the achievement of a zero harm and an incident/injury-free environment
- Manage relationships with key customers and all suppliers when required

This is a full-time position with the workdays being Monday - Friday, with the daily rostered hours to be worked between 7:30 am - 5:30 pm.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will be someone who has the ability to get on with people from all walks of life. Someone who can take instructions, implement a daily/weekly work plan, and demonstrate professionalism with a can-do attitude.
- You are an energetic, outgoing person who is organised, can manage your time well, and multitask effectively.
- Applicants must be fit, healthy, and able to lift heavy loads (max 15kg) when necessary
- Forklift license and experience preferred but not essential
- Willingness to work at heights (you will be trained in using the Man Up Machines)
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment essential
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written
- Drive improvements in warehouse processes and compliance
