We have an opportunity for a Fresh Produce Quality Controller to join our team, ensuring that the quality of our produce is of a high quality and as fresh as it can be before it leaves our Distribution Centres for stores.

**About the role**

At Fresh, our key objective is to ensure great produce is delivered to our stores. This means as Quality Controller it is your job to proactively identify product defects, working with the buying and DC teams to ensure quality specifications are met.
- To ensure our customers get the best produce, you’ll:_
- Ensure records are maintained to identify high risk produce and suppliers, liaising with growers and suppliers to address issues
- Work cross functionally to align quality processes keeping relevant stakeholders abreast of progress related to quality
- Create and maintain quality dashboards, providing quality reports relating to quality
- Follow best practice process and metrics to ensure customers consistently get the best quality products

**About you**

A strong communicator with a passion for fresh produce, your knowledge of the produce industry coupled with your awesome organisational ability will set you up for success in this busy team.
- Ideally you’ll have:_
- Experience in a quality control role or experience within the produce/FMCG industry
- Great attention to detail and a passion for perfect produce
- Proven yourself as process driven with the ability to assess qualitative and quantitative information to make sound decisions
- Awesome stakeholder management experience
- Effective communication with the ability to engage with a variety of customers and colleagues
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Availability to work Part Time - 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday
