They are a leading insurance brokerage firm specialising in marine insurance. With a rich history of serving clients in the maritime industry, they are dedicated to providing comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to the unique needs of their clients. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the maritime industry.
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide expert advice on marine insurance policies.
- Negotiate insurance terms and conditions with underwriters to secure competitive quotes and coverage options for clients.
- Analyse insurance markets and stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide clients with the most relevant and effective insurance solutions.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals, policies, and claims documentation to clients.
- Monitor policy renewals, and claims processes, and ensure compliance with insurance contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including claims adjusters and risk managers, to deliver outstanding service to clients.
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to expand your professional network and stay current with industry developments.

**About you**:

- Completed Level 5 Certificate in Fire and General Insurance, or near completion
- Have a solid understanding of the General Insurance market
- Experience in a Fire and General Insurance or Marine role is desired
- Strong written and verbal communications skills; with the confidence to deal with stakeholders
- Motivated and passionate with the ability to grow the business
