Seldom available, this leading specialist litigation firm based in the Auckland CBD is seeking a litigation solicitor with 1-3 years PQE to join their talented team of litigation specialists. The firm undertakes a range of high level civil and commercial litigation work covering large, complex, multi-party disputes, and/or sensitive privacy or IP matters as an example.

**Your new role**
This exciting opportunity will see you working alongside all Partners and Senior staff where you'll be part of a cohesive and collaborative team undertaking research, preparing advice and drafting court documents, briefing witnesses and undertaking document discovery across a broad range of civil and commercial matters. You'll be appearing in court, arbitrations, specialist tribunals and mediations as appropriate and have direct contact with clients. Your exposure to a range of legal matters will build your experience and take you to the next level.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Ideally, you'll be a 1-3 YR PQE litigation solicitor with a current NZ practicing certificate and an excellent academic record (Honours). You'll have excellent written and oral communication skill together with the ability to work independently and within a team. The ability to build client relationship and the desire to develop your career to become a leading litigator in the future is essential.
