**Provide senior advisory and communications support to the General Manager of Government and Industry Affairs in this dynamic organisation.**

**About the company**:
Our clients work is critical to New Zealand's infrastructure and with this comes the need to navigate central government, local government and the private sector. As our client's scope of service has evolved with it has come the need to up-scope this critical communications role.

**About the role**:
You will have a good understanding of the workings of central Government, able to collate well-written responses to queries, Official Information Act (OIA) requests, Written and Oral Parliamentary Questions (WPQ's) requests as well as drafting internal and external communications, reports and presentations. You will be comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders, the latter within Ministers offices and other Crown entities. You'll be comfortable adapting your written communications to suit differing audiences and are confident responding to media queries as required.
