***Your Opportunity**

**Team Global Express is looking for a self-motivated individual to join their team in Taupo. Reporting to the Northern Regional Manager, this position will be instrumental in encouraging a good working relationship between internal and external customers and will be responsible for the delivery of service excellence in freight forwarding.**

**The key accountabilities in this role include optimising and improving asset productivity, managing resources to maximise business performance, and exceeding customer expectations by ensuring excellent business relationships.**

**What you’ll bring to this role**

**To be successful in this role, you could have the following experience**:

- **A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the transport industry**:

- **Proven experiencing in managing staff.**:

- **Knowledge of cost and resource management**:

- **Proven excellence in customer service delivery**:

- **A commitment to safety in the workplace**:

- **A highly developed organisational ability**:

- **Exceptional communication skills**:

- **An ability to positively influence the people you work with**
