**The role**:
The best part about this role is mentoring and teaching your team of heavy diesel technicians and apprentices. Using your skills, knowledge and experience you will help your Techs to diagnose and repair Caterpillar equipment and you will thrive on the growth that you see in each of them.
Responsibility for scheduling jobs, ensuring a high output of quality workmanship, overseeing labour efficiencies, ensuring completion of timecards and service reports and managing work to meet estimates and quotes is also an integral part of this role. You will also lead daily Right to Start meetings and champion Health and Safety along with our other values of Openness, Integrity and Care.
This role requires you to work closely with other branch staff to ensure our customers have a great experience every time so top-notch communication and organisational skills are essential

**We are seeking a team player who has**:
- Trade Certificate or National Certificate in Automotive Heavy Engineering L4 (or equivalent) or experience in a similar role
- Superb communication, organisational and time management skills
- Leadership / mentoring skills with a focus on developing capabilities within the team, preferred
