**About the Role**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Services Manager to join our Business Solutions team in Dunedin.
This role is responsible for supporting local customers base and service teams (Dunedin, Invercargill, and Queenstown) ensuring the Service team is resourced, trained, and structured to be sustainable, flexible and Customer Experience focused.
- The position is responsible for delivering on the following key accountabilities:_
**Strategy** - How we utilize our resources to improve our business for the future
- Ensure a one-time quality experience for all our customer touch points
- Provide Strategic leadership and direction within the Service team ensuring.
- Ensure maximum brand awareness through the Service team. Maintain high levels of expectation and delivery of what the service team represents for the Canon Brand
**Operational Effectiveness**:
- Improving the mechanics of how we conduct our business
- Proactively identify opportunities to assist branch technicians with service calls and escalations where appropriate.
- Ensure the Service team consistently
- Review performance and development of staff, including field-based coaching through regular field accompaniments.
- Effectively manage performance through monitoring, implementing, and improving results both at team and individual level.
**Financial** - Understanding the true cost of conducting our business
- Assist National Service Manager with area profitability, performance and resources to meet or exceed agreed budgets for the Branch and Regional Service Teams. These can be revenue generating as well as cost reducing and commercially or efficiency driven.
**Customer**:
- Developing trust and confidence with our internal and external customers
- Utilise appropriate methods to monitor and manage customer inquiries and ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained.
**People** - Leading our people to ensure we provide a work environment that encourages our people to perform at their full potential
- Work with National Service Manager to ensure delivery of all KPI’s and expected outcomes
- Deliver overall team strength/competency through staff development and succession planning.
- Build strong working relationships with management and across other stakeholder groups to promote the work of the Service Team.

- Technical experience and knowledge

- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
