**Father Rabbit | Casual Retail Assistant**

We are looking for casual superstar sales assistants to join the Father Rabbit retail team. You will be expected to be able to work weekend shifts and be flexible with the location you are working in.
**About Us**:
Father Rabbit is known for its select range of products that are pleasing in both form and function, with an underlying sense of quality and timeliness. Since its launch in 2010, Father Rabbit has established itself as an iconic New Zealand business with four locations: Herne Bay, Mt Eden, Newmarket, and Orakei Bay. We are a close knit team who enjoy each other's company and are looking for someone who is truly motivated to make a difference.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Driving sales and customer satisfaction to an exceptional standard
- Building and nurturing long-lasting customer relationships
- Maintaining store appearance to the Father Rabbit standards

**Applicants must have**:

- Previous experience in retail or hospitality or sales
- Ideally experience in retail & people management
- Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members
- Be passionate about interiors and design
- Love building relationships with customers
- Pride themselves on going above and beyond for both customers and fellow team members alike
- Experience with Google Drive, Sheet and Docs
- Understanding of inventory management systems and POS systems
- Be able to commit to a role long-term
- A flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business as well as being able to work at any of our Auckland stores, should the need arise
