Cafe/ Kiosk Assistant

**The Café/ Kiosk**

We have a new instore café, with the latest technology, equipment and processes ready for passionate foodie with excellent barista skills

**The Role**:
Roles like this don’t pop up very often If you’re looking to take the next step in your career by taking on the responsibility of a management role then we could be looking for you.
- Product development, creation and food preparation training
- End to end ownership & management of new instore café/ kiosk
- Ensure all product meets the highest standards, is fresh and displayed attractively for our customers.
- Work within a flat structure whilst reporting directly to the owner operator
- Work closely with the Deli/ Bakery Manager to ensure fresh food is on offer at the right times of the day
- Search constantly for areas to improve our fresh food, productivity, and efficiency
- Lead and inspire a team of great individuals
- Operate the lotto terminal (full training provided)
- Deliver on financial performance targets including sales growth and waste minimisation

**What are we looking for;**
- You’ll have a passion for fresh café styled food and a good eye for quality and presentation
- Able to strictly follow our Food Safety and Health and Safety program
- Great people skills and ability to lead a small team
- Reliable, self-motivated and be a good team player
- Proven customer service

You will be a part of an environment that encourages and assists professional development. The days and hours of work will be discussed with the successful applicant but will include one weekend day.
