**About the role**

Reporting to the Northern Strategic/Education Manager, this position of Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for taking ownership of a portfolio of key clients and managing high importance interactions between FBNZ and the Customer. The outcome of this role will be to maintain a high level of customer loyalty and satisfaction with the end result being a profitable long-term relationship.

Other duties include:

- Work alongside Large Enterprise / Education Sales team and existing customers to determine their present and future support needs in order to maintain and grow revenue for the organization
- Acting as the primary interface between the client and the organisation to ensure an optimal level of service is provided at all times and continually seeking the opportunity to participate in customers’ strategic business planning processes
- Addresses customer concerns and complaints
- Building long-term relationships with key clients

- A confident, outgoing nature with excellent interpersonal skills
- Understanding of customer service issues and industry requirements
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Have great attention to detail
- Ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution
- Perseverance and resilience
