Our client, Total Hydraulic Solutions Limited is proud to be locally owned and operated company, with a strong brand, and dynamic team that is driven to succeed. Proudly serving the Rotorua and Eastern Bay of Plenty region for the past 15 years, due to an internal transfer they are looking for a positive, enthusiastic, well organised, service minded person to join their parts team. This is a full-time weekday position, with rostered hours falling between 7:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Providing support to our customers, repairs workshop, installation team, mobile service team and outlying branches, this role provides plenty of variety.
**A typical day can include**:

- Customer service
- Parts purchasing
- Inwards goods
- Picking, packing, and dispatching of orders
- Pickup and deliveries of parts
- Completion of stock takes
- Allocation of stock for both mobile teams
- Manufacturing of hydraulic hoses for over-the-counter sales (training will be provided)
- Forklift driving

**What do we need from you?**
- Enjoy dealing with people and providing a high level of service to our customers
- Have experience in retail or customer service in the trade sector
- Have great communication skills
- Be extremely well organised and have strong time management
- Have the ability to learn new tasks quickly (hose assembly is an important part of this role)
- Be able to juggle multiple tasks at any one time
- Have a Class 1 Full NZ Drivers licence and OSH approved Forklift licence
- Be physically fit
- Have an interest in automotive, engineering or similar is desirable but not essential
