A terrific opportunity has become available for a Production Team Member based at our Rotorua manufacturing plant.** **This position involves working as part of our collaborative Operations Team, and all certainly within a cohesive, team-based environment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Operating metal folding, roll form and pressing machines
- Manufacturing and assembling of goods to the customers' requirements
- General housekeeping activities
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
- Contribute to toolbox and team meetings
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in a factory/production environment, operating manufacturing machinery
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers’ needs
- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Able to work at pace within a team or at times individually
- A commitment to producing quality products
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Any experience gained using sheet metal manufacturing equipment, particularly roll form machines and folders would be preferred, but is not essential
