**Your impact**:
We are currently on the lookout for an Assistant Brand Manager to join the Asahi Marketing team, supporting selected brands in the RTD and wine portfolios (80% and 20% of your time respectively). Included in your remit is the newest kid on the block, Major Major, currently the fastest-growing contemporary RTD brand in New Zealand. There’s plenty of exciting growth initiatives in the pipeline to keep you busy

As Assistant Brand Manager, your role is to work closely with the senior marketing leads to execute brand plans, in order to improve brand equity, and achieve category objectives and Asahi Beverages business objectives.

**Key requirements**:

- Support the Dark RTD (including Major Major) and Wine portfolio marketing programs
- Agency management to brief and implement marketing campaigns, through channels such as social media.
- Input into 'go to market' strategies for new products
- Develop and manage sponsorship relationships, events and experiential programs for the brands
- Analysis of brand performance & brand health, with recommended actions to optimise & improve
- Management of key internal and external stakeholders
- Managing the administration of financial budgets
- Work closely with cross-functional project teams in a project management role to bring concepts to market.

**About you**:
We are looking for a team player who brings enthusiasm and a passion for great work to the role. You will be Tertiary qualified in Marketing or Business, with previous experience in some level of marketing and looking for an opportunity to further develop your career within an exciting industry sector. You will be able to work autonomously and feel confident in building strong partnerships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
