**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Process Engineering Technologist to join our dynamic team in Wellington. As a key player in the team, you’ll be responsible for driving process improvements, supporting change management initiatives, and enhancing operational excellence across various sectors. You will work on high-impact integration projects and contribute to optimising processes across diverse industries, driving measurable results for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out site surveys, investigations and feasibility studies for proposed projects.
- Produce calculations, specifications and drawings to ensure that technical designs provide
- appropriate solution.
- Support specific project includes assisting with planning, budgeting, co-ordination and report writing.
- Assist with communication and development on going contacts with clients as required.
- Organise tender documents, assist in the evaluation of tenders and administration of
- contracts.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, utilising best practices and innovative approaches to enhance operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and processes into current systems, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilise data-driven insights to propose and implement process enhancements.
- Support operational excellence strategies, promoting continuous improvement

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related engineering field
- Proven experience (3 years) in process engineering or data analysis related role
- Wastewater treatment project experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- Competent user of data analysis tools - Power BI, GIS etc
- Professional accreditation or working towards is preferred
