**About the role**
We are looking for a Horticulture Cadetship Programme Lead to manage the overall development, delivery and reporting of our pilot Horticulture Cadetship Programme.
Duties will include:
- Providing delivery of Level 3 and Level 4 horticulture programmes to learners
- Manage the day-to-day running of the Programme, while working with businesses to encourage participation of the programme.
- Helping to recruit learners in and support them through their training
- Managing Primary ITO’s contractual relationships with TEC, including providing monthly reporting to TEC
- Working closely with other Primary ITO staff to ensure the success of this pilot programme.
This is a fixed-term, full-time role (40 hours per week Monday to Friday) for 12 months and would preferably be based in our Auckland Office. Regional travel may be required.
We also operate with hybrid working arrangements to support work-life balance where a work laptop is provided.
**Skills and Experience**
- High level experience in providing solutions that add value to the primary industries
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in facilitating training delivery
- Well established and functioning networks within the horticulture industry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally,
- Great relationship management skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships, internally and externally
