**Your day to day** As a Headstore Person you will be responsible for the correct & timely issue of all food, beverage and general store items for the hotel.**
Key responsibilities include;
- Provide leadership for the Storeperson
- Assist departments with ordering & process daily requisitions
- Ensuring safe custody of all store items in accordance with corporate & hotel policies
- Receive and verify daily inventory deliveries
- Supervise receipts & receipt stock in accordance with hotels policies & procedures
- Daily update of inventory system in Purchase Plus to record all stock movements
**What we need from you**
- 2 years experience in purchasing function, or similar; or an equivalent combination of education & work experience
- Vocational Certificate in Accounting or related field
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office & purchasing systems
- Strong communication skills You will be building working relationships with employees & third parties, and interacting with guests at times.
