MASH is an accredited provider of community based residential and rehabilitation support services. We support a range of people with differing needs to live as independently as possible in the community. To align with the changes within our expanding service we are looking for a handful of new staff to come on board and join our growing team.

**Hours of work**:
We have a fulltime position working 75.5 hours per fortnight available which is very exciting for our expanding team in Palmerston North,

The hours of work are Monday to Friday working 8.30am through until 4.30pm.

**You will need to have**:

- Experience engaging with or working with people with an intellectual disability or complex needs
- A relevant qualification or the willingness to work towards one
- A current full NZ driver’s licence and be able to drive both automatic and manual cars and vans
- A passion for developing and expanding opportunities for service users
- The ability to work in a team across a range of activity areas including assisting with personal cares
- Good documentation skills and familiarity with a computer
