We are looking for a mission driven Research Analyst with the skillset to deliver rigorous research on a range of topics related to the social sector and work closely with our delivery team to deliver quality GoodMeasure reports for our customers.

Measuring social impact can be difficult, confusing, and expensive. ImpactLab has developed an innovative methodology to bring transparency to social investment, by linking charity data to the best global evidence and publicly available national datasets.

ImpactLab is a start-up with ambitious growth plans. We have assembled an exceptional team with backgrounds across the government, non-profit and private sectors in NZ and internationally.

Since Sir Bill English founded the company in 2019, we have worked with 100 + charities including Cure Kids, Auckland City Mission and Barnardos.

**About the role**

**Research**
- Delivering timely research to execute against the GoodMeasure pipeline.
- Summarising and compiling key findings from academic articles.
- Supporting the delivery team to present research summaries at key customer workshops.

**Company processes**
- Supporting the product development pipeline.
- Contributing to a more efficient and effective research process.
- Positively contributing to the ImpactLab brand (externally) and culture (internally).

This role can be based in our Wellington or Auckland office, but you will be required to spend the first 3 - 4 weeks in our Wellington office for onboarding and role training.
