- Being truly customer driven to deliver fresh as produce at a fair value, everyday
- Partner, negotiate and communicate with suppliers to drive commercial outcomes
- Leading the team in produce, rosters and wage budgets, people development and succession planning
- Build relationships with the wider leadership to get the very best results across the store
