We’re on the hunt for an Assistant Manager (2IC) to join our skilled and passionate butchery crew - a small, tight unit where everyone’s a trained or training to be a butcher, everyone mucks in and no job is too small (yes, even the pet food cabinet gets treated like prime rib around here).

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
Second in Command - Work side by side with our Butchery Manager to help lead our crew, keep things running smoothly and maintain our high standards in every cut, clean and cabinet.

Hands-On Butchery - From boning and cutting, to loading deliveries and filling the cabinet, you’ll be right there in the action. Hands on leadership here - just steel boots, aprons and honest graft.

Attention to Detail - Whether it's wrapping to perfection, presenting the cabinet just right, or cleaning down like a pro - our pride is in the little things and we do them right.

Stock, Orders & Displays - Keep a close eye on stock levels, help with ordering and make sure our cabinet is always looking fresh, full and ready to impress.

Hours - Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00am-3:30pm. Say goodbye to late nights and hello to solid butcher’s hours

About You:
✔️ Experienced Butcher - You’ve been around a carcass or two and know your cuts like the back of your hand.

✔️ Natural Leader - You’re confident, dependable and not afraid to get your hands dirty. You’ve got the kind of mana that earns respect without saying a word.
