**He aha te mahi? What's the role?**:
We are on the look-out for a mid-level experienced Safety and Wellbeing Advisor based at our iconic Mount Maunganui office. This role is one that stands out in the crowd, bringing with it the opportunity to lead out on Safety and Wellbeing initiatives, across multiple and diverse teams. You'll be part of a company and team that brings balance in its approach to Safety and Wellbeing, by focusing on protecting its people, and providing an environment that supports its people to Flourish. You'll be part of a team that leads out on initiatives where Safety and Wellbeing come hand-in-hand.

Key accountabilities include;
- Work alongside all levels of the business to support the delivery of safety and wellbeing leadership, capability and knowledge
- Deliver necessary safety and wellbeing training, workshops or cohort learning experiences and provide coaching and advisory support
- Consolidate and interpret safety and wellbeing data/inputs to create focused, business-specific safety and wellbeing insights to support the subsequent development of strategic planning and communication
- Support the design and leading out on Zespri Safety & Wellbeing campaigns, collaborating with Internal Comms team and People Business Partners to ensure global engagement and activations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and safety legislation, case law and industry practices, in order to continue to provide current, relevant and professional advice

You will also meet the following selection criteria:

- Mid-level H&S Professional with 5 years experience
- Level 6 Health and Safety qualification (minimum)
- Proven technical core health and safety capability is essential
- Experience in the delivery of wellbeing initiatives
- Strong self-administration, communication and analytical skills are essential
