This is a varied position, well suited to someone with CRM experience, looking for an exciting new role in the digital marketing field.

**What our client can offer**:
Concentrate helps Australia and New Zealand’s smartest firms grow better by using the HubSpot CRM platform to find, nurture and qualify sales leads for your sales team to convert into customers.

**What you will do**:
You will be an integral member of the Concentrate team, working to support clients and successfully deliver on HubSpot projects.

Day to day you can expect to get involved with:

- Working across a range of HubSpot projects for clients (e.g. database setup, configuring systems, building templates, importing and structuring customer data, building workflows)
- Monitoring performance of HubSpot and refining and enhancing as needed
- Providing ongoing support, advice and training for customers related to HubSpot (CRM platform, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS - Websites and automation)

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:

- A business or technology degree
- Work experience in a technology or digital marketing role
- Strong aptitude for learning
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM’s (Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zoho, Pipedrive), Web CMS (Wordpress, HubSpot, SilverStripe), analytics and marketing automation
- Some programming experience would be a bonus
- Strong customer relationship building skills
- The ability to work effectively within a team
- Good Microsoft Excel skills

Please note - to be considered for this position, you will need to be holding current New Zealand working rights and be available to be located full time in Christchurch.
