**Your new company**
My client is a leading multi-national professional services firm, they are growing in New Zealand and are seeking a driven Senior HR Advisor to join this on a major Auckland project on a 12 month contract.

**Your new role**
Working as part of the larger Australasian People & Culture team, this role will be responsible for all people matters on one of their major projects based in Auckland. Responsibilities include:

- Providing advice and support to Project Leaders on areas including employment matters, resourcing and planning
- Coaching on employment relations including performance and disciplinary
- Driving culture and engagement
- Supporting through growth

**What you'll need to succeed**
As a well established HR generalist, you'll bring strong working knowledge of New Zealand employment and industrial relations as well as experience working on a major project within construction or engineering, and an understanding of the complexity of JV or alliance models.

You'll thrive in a busy and varied role where you'll build strong and trusting relationships with key stakeholders, utilising your well developed coaching and influencing skills. The ability to be able to adapt to a diverse workforce will be a given along with a solutions based approach.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract and requires someone able to commit to the length of the contract.
