Sales Manager

Identify new market opportunities and segments for manufacturing products.
- Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and entering new territories.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with distributors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate participation in industry trade shows and networking events.
- Create and execute social media strategies to showcase manufacturing capabilities.
- Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
- Oversee automated quotation tools and integrate with manufacturing processes.
- Develop standardised quotation templates and pricing models.
- Resolve customer issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to meet market demands.
- Provide market feedback to influence product development.
- Support new product launches and market introductions.
- Monitor industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape; report on market conditions.
- Track and analyse sales metrics from all channels, including digital and exhibitions.
- Implement and manage CRM systems for tracking customer interactions.
- Use data analytics to optimise pricing strategies and sales processes
- The applicant must have at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in the Building or construction industry, eg roofing, windows, framing, flooring, etc
- Excellent communication skills
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Work Location: In person
